Dr. Cyrus believes in taking a conservative approach to treatment and focuses on treating each patient like family. Dr. Cyrus has always been fascinated with new technology, and is constantly taking continuing education to stay up to date with the latest advances in the field of Orthodontics to ensure excellent results with shorter treatment times for our patients.
Credentials
Dr. Cyrus completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering at the University of Maryland School of Engineering. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland Dental School, graduating Magna Cum Laude at the top of his class. After that, he completed his specialty training and obtained his Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from the Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester, this is regarded as one of the top Orthodontic Programs in the country. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.
Personal Life
In his personal time, Dr. Cyrus enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Neelab, who is also an orthodontist. They are enjoying living in San Diego where Dr. Neelab grew up, and they are so excited about taking over such an amazing practice from Dr. and Mrs. Baker. It has been a life long dream for both of them to have their own practice together, and they immediately fell in love with the Bakers as well as the team at Baker Orthodontics. They hope to carry on Dr. Baker's legacy of treating each patient like family and giving back to the community of Escondido.
