Kelly Vickie
Ottley - Treatment Coordinator
Kelly has worked in the medical and dental community for
over 20 years. She feels none of her previous jobs compares
to her job with Baker Orthodontics. She says " I feel
fortunate to work with such a great group of people. Everyone
works hard and we have fun together, too! I also feel fortunate
to work for a great doc like Dr. Baker."
Kelly is the proud mother of four children; Krista, the oldest,
twins Matthew and Tracy and her youngest son Alex. In addition,
she has a grandson, Luke and another on the way. Rounding
out the household is Charlie, her 5 month old Boston Terrier.
Meeting new people and seeing the transformation, which takes
place in people as they progress through treatment highlight
her duties. "I've seen some remarkable changes, not only
in appearance, but in self-confidence as well." |

Rachelle Suarez - Office Coordinator
Rachelle has been working with Dr. Baker since December 2004.
She has worked in the dental community since 2000. Rachelle
was a former patient, of Dr. Baker's, when he was in practice
with his father, Dr. Guy Baker.
Rachelle and her husband, Larry, have three additional family
members Max, the dog, BoBo and Sheba, their cats. They like
to spend their spare time in the outdoors, mountain biking
and gardening.
"Orthodontics is so rewarding" according to Rachelle.
She says " when a patient chooses Orthodontics it's because
they want to. The outcome is just amazing. It's great to watch
the kids grow-up and leave with great smiles." |

Bridget Schmitz - Registered Dental
Assistant (RDA)
Bridget was also a former patient. "This
is a really great place to work- the patients, the atmosphere,
the Doctor and all of the other staff members are the best."
That sums up Bridget's feelings about where she works. Bridget
and her husband, Brian, have a house full of animals. Morris
and Jake, cats; Yukon and Rubi, dogs; Boo; bird and Daisy,
their bunny.
In their spare time they enjoy all outside activity,
including riding motorcycles, golfing, swimming, camping,
traveling and, of course, walking the dogs. The most rewarding
part, of her job, according to Bridget." I love the relationships
you develop with patients from the beginning of the treatment
till the braces come off....once the patient looks at themselves
in the mirror and the huge beautiful smile brightens up their
faces, that is the best and you know then all the work has
really paid off for the patient, their family and us." |

Mauricio Barrera - Registered Dental
