This is really a great place to work. Everyone here is so nice and friendly. I love seeing our patients come in for the first time and watching them finish with beautiful smiles. It is very rewarding. I have worked in the dental field for about 20 years and have been with Dr. Baker since 2008. I love the fact that Dr. Baker takes a one-on-one approach to every patient. Every smile is individual!  I live in Temecula with my husband and daughter. I enjoy spending time with my daughter and her horse and I volunteer at Camp Ronald McDonald for Goodtimes.

I have been with Dr. Baker since 2005 and I truly enjoy my job!  Dr. Baker and the staff are wonderful to work with, as are the terrific patients we have. Getting to know and briefly visiting with our patients if my favorite part of the job. Because we see our patients on a regular basis, I try to greet them by name as they enter the reception area. I want them to feel welcome and comfortable here!  Many patients tell me that they actually look forward to their orthodontic appointments because they enjoy the friendly atmosphere in our office. I am originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, but I've lived in San Marcos with my husband and three daughters for the past 20 years.  In my free time, I enjoy working out at the gym, especially yoga, playing tennis and reading.

I have been with Dr. Baker since 1998. The best part about working with Dr. Brad is seeing how thorough he is with treatment planning and his dedication to giving every patient the best possible result.  I really enjoy guiding our new patients through their initial orthodontic evaluation, verifying insurance benefits and working out affordable payment plans.  My job is to facilitate the financial end of things so everyone who wants to start treatment can do so.  I currently live in Escondido and have been in this area since 1984.  I have 4 grown children, 2 adorable grandsons and a very spunky BostonTerrier.  In my free time I work on my mosaic art projects, and in my succulent garden.

I have been working in orthodontics for over 20 years and have been with Dr. Baker since 2003. My favorite aspect of orthodontics, besides helping to create beautiful smiles, is the relationships we build with our patients over their time in treatment. What I like most about working with Dr. Baker is that he keeps up with all the new orthodontic technology and techniques. He is great to work with and really has made his practice a wonderful place to be.  I was born and raised in San Diego and currently live in north Escondido with my teenage son. In my free time I enjoy the beach, reading, gardening, snow skiing and spending time with family and friends.

I have been with Dr. Baker since February of 2010.  I have worked at other dental offices prior to working here, and by far this is the best office.  Every one here is so nice and they understand what the patients are going through, since we all have had braces or are in treatment now.  I have lived here in Escondido my whole life and its fun to see patients that go to the schools I have attended. I still live here in Escondido with my husband, Armando, and our two wonderful toddlers named Jason and Leilani. I truly enjoy and love working here at Baker Orthodontics.

I have been working at Baker Orthodontics since 2008. It is such a blessing to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Baker, my fellow employees and all of our patients!  We really make a great team!  I enjoy talking to our patients and hearing all about what's exciting in their lives, but the best thing about working here is seeing the beautiful smiles on "braces off" day.  It makes me smile when I see others so happy about themselves.  I enjoy working with all ages but I especially love to work with young children.  I attend Palomar College, so I am often busy studying, but when I have spare time I love spending it with my sisters and friends, playing piano and flute, trying to practice my Spanish, or keeping in touch with my cousins in Europe.

I've been with Dr. Baker since 2006 and I enjoy seeing how much a person's smile and confidence can change with the help of orthodontic treatment.  I also love the relationship we build with patients from beginning to end. I enjoy working with Dr. Baker because he makes the atmosphere warm, friendly and inviting which makes it easy to work alongside of him.  I am a native of Oceanside, CA and I currently live in Temecula with my husband, David and our two dogs Buttercup and Koby. In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach, traveling, shopping and spending time with friends and family.

My favorite thing about Dr. Baker is his persistence to learn new techniques to improve not only himself, but also his patients.   I live in Escondido near Dixon lake.  I have 3 sisters, a little brother and a dog.  I am also lucky enough to work at Baker Orthodontics with my sister Maria. My duties include making trays for placing braces, which is called Indirect Bonding (IDB), transferring X-rays and photos into the computer for Dr. Baker to create treatment plans, and other miscellaneous lab work.  I love seeing the braces go on, because it is neat to see, and because it is something I made!

Janna, Community Relations

Hi, I'm Janna, and I have lived in Escondido with my husband and 5 children for over 25 years. My work at Baker Orthodontics is to promote a strong relationship with our community and our patients. I help arrange the wonderful educational presentations done by Dr. Baker for our local school children.  I also make frequent visits to our many referring dentists to promote good communication, and I organize all the contests and activities that are always happening in our office.  We strive at Baker Orthodontics to make a significant contribution to our community through education, great service, and bigger and better smiles on the faces of all our patients!  It is a pleasure to work with such an enthusiastic and caring team.
